The really good helpfulness of the staff. The option to be able to have the room temperature as warm.
The smell in the room (think it had mold)
We stayed in a two bed room, it is big and clean. Frond desk staff is friendly, the best thing is visitor center is across the street.
This hotel looks like an old motel, free breakfast does not have too many choices. We can not expect too much with the affordable price.
Cheap rates, good location, friendly staff.
poor wifi - one bar or less inside room. jacuzzi tub closed even though it was advertised as open.
Cheap, basic, free wifi
The woman at the front desk was very nice and makes you feel like home, reasonable price unless you stay in the suite.
While we were checking in a homeless man was hanging out in the lobby. When we got into the room there were paint chips coming off the wood on the sofas, bikers where coming in and out all night so if your a biker then sweet but if your not ehh... There were stains on the towels, no shampoo or trash can in the unit and we stayed in the suite
Location, nice staff
Does not feel very clean, ran out of towels at some point. "Free Wi-Fi" is pretty much non-existent due to very poor/no connectivity
The website info said 2 pm check-in time. We got there at 245. The front desk clerk said room is still being cleaned, check-in is at 3. You should be more specific about the complimentary continental breakfast being 1/2 a hard Danish in it's open plastic wrapper. The bathroom was so small it was hard for a thin person to move around in it! This motel was not worth the 140 we spent on it.
The only thing we liked was that they had HBO.
Everything..... The front desk woman was disgusting and a little crazy. The rooms were dirty, the beds I had no mattress covers on them and the bottom sheet was really a top sheet not tucked in all the way. The showers had black mold all over the tile and chips places where you might cut yourself. The continental breakfast was a real joke as well.
The room was very basic furnitured, spacious and clean.
The new management was uninterested en unfriendly. You really ask yourself why did they make this choice. The socalled continental breakfast was only a few old pastries and coffee. My first impession of Ford Bragg is that it is a dirty, oldfashioned little town.
Nothing,we had to change rooms three times ,the first smelled highly of cigarettes, even though it was a nonsmoking room, the second, the toilet and bath and microwave were unclean.the third the phone had been pulled out of the wall and the bedside light needed a extension lead to make it work.
The price was great and the on site manager was very friendly and helpful.
The bedding and overall cleanliness of the room was a little sub-par. To the point that I bought spray beach and a scrubber and disinfected the shower of it's mildew.
I selected it originally but the price was increased by $50 a night because of Labor Day weekend without notifying me. I was informed when I arrived at the hotel.
The room was dirty and out of date.
The room was so dirty we checked out not long after we checked in. We drove another 4 hours to get home our weekend was ruined.
great location. right by the ocean and all the things to do in F.B.
The stay was fine, but will not stay again. The smell of the cleaner or something was hard on the nose.
